I only gave one star because it was the only way to leave a review. I went into the store approx 1:00 today. There were 4 customers in front of me. I waited patiently for my turn. I placed my order and while it was being toasted the server finished serving the customer before me, which is common practice. When it was my turn she completed one of my sub rolls and then immediately stopped the preparation of my second roll and served the customer behind me. Totally oblivious to what she did was wrong. This whole episode took nearly 25 minutes. I will never go into that subway again. The service was absolutely appalling.
After visiting the Alexander Heights WA store this evening for my dinner, I will never return to this store, had to wait longer than usual, staff member was rude and uncaring, product was below par in comparison to other stores I regular attend and when questioned was arrogant and rude in his response.
Guys please change your business hr. Google and store sign says 8.30 pm closing time. And temporary store time is 7.30. however walking at 8.00 pm and there were 3 customer inside but the girls says it is closed. How can be 3 customers are being served at 8.00 pm. Poor store image.
I ordered the chicken teriyaki, but the dish was cold in the center of the roll. This happened twice, even after I brought it to their attention both times. The customer service could definitely use some improvement.

big shout out to Anika. I ordered through ubereats last night n stuffed up my order. Anika helped me sort it out over th phone n was a delight to talk to. Our food was lovely. thankyou so much Anika x
The food was great nice and fresh and made right in front of you and you can have the meal the way you want and of course you have to have the cookies yummy and the staff are really friendly
I ordered through Uber eats. While they were out of the bread I preferred they were quick to respond and gave me a cookie for the run around. Really friendly and efficient!
The Chick behind the counter didn't even know what she was doing. I'm never going there again.
