This Subway, which is located inside a 7-Eleven, has a pleasant atmosphere, and the woman at the counter until 9:00 was both friendly and efficient. However, I've decided to take my business elsewhere due to my frustrations with Subway's corporate policies. The advertised deals don't seem genuine, and their emphasis on app usage requires users to provide a credit card. Though they assure customers that they won't be charged, it feels unnecessary if the card isn't going to be used—regardless of age verification. Additionally, their promotions and specials often come across as gimmicky, and it appears that they haven't fully recovered from the fallout of the Jared controversy.
I ordered two subs, including a steak and cheese. When I got home, it was cold, and the cheese wasn't melted at all. I called to report the issue with the cold steak and cheese, and the person I spoke to informed me that they only heat them if specifically asked. I asked her how many steak and cheese subs she had ever ordered that weren't heated, and she admitted, "none." It’s really frustrating to experience this level of service—management should definitely pay more attention to these issues!
I frequently travel between Ohio and Virginia for work, and this is one of my favorite stops along the way. It’s beautiful and clean—much nicer compared to some of the more run-down truck stops. The staff has always been incredibly friendly, which is a big plus! The restrooms require a key from the reception to access, but they are well-maintained. The prices at the fuel station are typical—nothing out of the ordinary—but overall, this is a solid place to take a break!

Used to be my favorite subway one of the only subways in the area to still have sweet peppers. Drove all the way from mt Savage 35 minutes to get there and they no longer have sweet peppers. Their veggie selection has like half the options that they used to have. Won’t ever be going there again. I understand owners trying to save money but you are loosing money and customers by trying to cut all these corners and getting rid of toppings.
I have consistently had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff is welcoming, the sandwiches are tasty, and the atmosphere is delightful.
She took extra care making our sandwiches, was friendly kind as she chatted with my son I as she made our order. Highly recommended!!
Terrible staff the 7/11 employee was nice but the subway guy was rude and they have almost no variety If possible go somewhere else

I've never had a bad experience at this place. The staff is friendly, the sandwiches are delicious, and the people are great.
My 6-inch sandwich was fantastic. I just wish I could give Subway a 6-inch sandwich that was even half as satisfying!
