Just went to this subway, and let me tell you, the manager with the orange hair ALWAYS messes up. My friend asked for certain salads on her sub, and she added onions when not asked. When she told her she didn’t want onions as she’s allergic, she was met with a death stare and all she simply did was take it off. No offer of remaking the sub, not even a sorry. Asked for salt and pepper, and was ignored. I asked specifically for no jalapeños and she put a mountain load on. This lady needs to be fired. Every time I go in, she is so extremely rude and does not care at all for her job. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
not sure about the normal operation in this subway store, but today they had served several trainees and make the eating. I understand that they are trainees, but with little to no notice, the trainees fought and made a bad work on several orders while I was there, also they were very slap-happy with their food handling fall (i.e. seafood) bits in cheese and other foods, this is for people with seafood allergies, ect. the trainees were not responsible for
Waited 10 15 minutes in drive through before order taken. Then took another 10mins to order my 2 subs. Obviously person doing this was learning. Then 15 minutes in drive through to get order. The drive-thru service was disappointing. I requested my sub to be toasted, but it wasn't done. I also asked for sauce on the sub, and it wasn't added either. This has happened twice now, so I won't be returning. There was no one else in the drive-thru, and the restaurant wasn't busy inside, so there’s no excuse for the mistakes. Pretty good experience overall, from memory I was served by a young man named Liam. He was good at his job, very polite when speaking. Townsville must be raising great young blokes as I had another good experience with a young block at KFC the day prior. Overall, great service, Liam is a good worker.
