I had a disappointing experience at Subway on Thursday around 2 PM. The employee making the sandwiches was quite rude to my companion, and I was surprised by how stingy they were with the toppings. It felt as though they were personalizing the olives and displaying a negative attitude about it. After this encounter, I have no intention of returning to this Subway location.
My recent visits to this Subway location have been disappointing. The staff were quite rude during my last visit, and I discovered that you can't get unlimited veggies as I expected—they limit the amount. When I asked for a handful of jalapeños, they only allowed five small pieces and wouldn’t go beyond that. I hadn’t heard that this was a store policy before.
Now we see the bread roll was perfect for ham, Jalapeno Matzarel cheese roasted in an Italian spice and cheese roll, then bellypeeer, red onions, spinach, tomatoes, black olives, pepper ochinis, peppercorn ranch, honey mustard and some black pepper yes! Sometimes drink a nice subway roasted sandwich with the chips and a warm cookie exactly what I needed
I encountered two very young boys during my visit, and it was an absolute delight. It's refreshing to see employees at a customer service establishment who are truly committed and exceptional at their jobs. My husband and I visited today around 1 o'clock, and the woman who assisted us—though I didn't catch her name—was incredible! She was extremely helpful and patient while taking our order. She prepared our sandwiches quickly and flawlessly! We would give her 10 stars if we could! Thank you!
I can't remember having any negative experiences at this Subway, maybe just one. However, I also wouldn't say it's the best place out there. During my last visit, my sandwich was quite small and I had to keep asking for more vegetables.
I had a wonderful experience at Subway thanks to a fantastic worker named Williams. He is incredibly kind and sweet, and he crafts the best sandwiches from their menu.
