This was the worst dining experience I've ever had! My husband ordered a bacon chicken melt, but they had run out of fresh chicken, so they took some frozen chicken, microwaved it briefly, and served it to him. It was still cold and partially frozen after just two bites. I went back inside to speak with the manager, who only offered to microwave it again. I insisted on a new sandwich with properly cooked chicken. He made another one but then tried to charge us for it! We went outside to eat, but the chicken was still undercooked, so we threw it away and ate somewhere else. I can't believe this happened. When I asked for a refund, the manager said there was nothing he could do.

This Subway location is terrible! Yesterday morning, I went to get a sandwich and only two employees were working, but it still took forever. There was just one person ahead of me who ordered two sandwiches, and when it was my turn, the woman took 15 minutes to make my sandwich. Every time I asked her a question, she responded rudely. I went back at 5 PM, and the women working were busy changing labels right in front of me while chatting with each other. They weren't even updating the labels properly—just removing the old ones and sticking on new ones.

The bread at Subway was dry and crumbly. I placed my sandwich order over the phone and went to pick it up. When I approached the register to pay, a woman who seemed to be the manager stopped right in front of me, grabbed a water cup without saying a word, and walked away to fill it, leaving me standing there waiting for assistance. The menu options were overshadowed by such poor customer service. Truly disappointing experience at Subway.

I live near three Subway locations, and this one is definitely the worst. I've visited about eight times in the last month during the day, and they've been out of various ingredients every single time. The soda machine was even infested with ants, and the two young women working there didn't seem to care. It's unfortunate that I live so close to this Subway, but I find myself having to go to a farther one instead. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
