Earlier today, I went in to get a sandwich but the service was almost slow enough to make me leave and go somewhere else. It was lunchtime on a warm and sunny Saturday, entering summer time, and capitol square was completely flooded with people exploring/shopping through the farmer's market stands. Tons of families, tons of friends and couples, and just a ridiculous amount of people on capitol square earlier today. And this location only had one employee behind the counter, trying to juggle online orders as well as people making their orders in person. Two people in front of me left because of how slow it was and I almost did too, the only reason I didn't was because I promised a sandwich to...
This place is a joke. We had to tell her everything that went on our samwhiches, and she barely put anything on either of them it took well over 15 for 2 easy simple footloose. The ingredients did not look fresh at all. No name tags, could barely hear her, and there was no correctly pulled back hair had dangling jewelry and bracelets that were out and touching one of the sandwiches.
The food at this Subway is fantastic. I just wish they would offer the broccoli cheddar soup every day, along with the soup of the day, as it is one of their best options. Instead of rotating soups, they should consider adding more steamers to keep the broccoli cheddar, broccoli and cheese, and chicken noodle soup always available since those are the most popular choices.
Avoid ordering the newer subs that feature extra meat or cheese. If you choose one with double cheese, you might end up with only the standard portion. Similarly, if you request a sandwich with various meats, they’re likely to omit one. Additionally, online orders often have incorrect bread selections. Overall, the cleanliness of the shop leaves much to be desired.

I arrived at this restaurant at 8:45 PM, even though they are supposed to be open until 9 PM, and was told by the staff that they were closed. It would have been nice if they had put up a notice explaining that they were short-staffed or something similar, like Starbucks does when they need to close early.
Dude, Foriegn Caucasian Dude, was Sick as H*ll. I've now been paying for this Trauma, for Two Weeks, b/c DipSh*! decides to Show-up to work, Work w/ everybody's food; SICK as H*ll!. 1 Star b/c this place is lacking, and For anybody to be THAT Irresposible is SICK as H*ll!!
Definitely the best Subway I've been too. Everyone has their act together and are very efficient in the sub making process. Emanuel is always sharp and quick to prepare the order regardless of how busy they are.
I appreciated the variety of menu options available. However, I sensed some tension from the sandwich artist, and I felt the need to ease the situation to avoid facing any potential hostility.

The subs were fantastic, the employees treated me well, and the location was conveniently close to where I was hanging out. I give it two thumbs up.
I really enjoy Sooubway. The Asian woman with the bold eyeliner is always very kind to us.
