So we visited while waiting for my daughters car to be repaired. I ordered my usual Steak Wrap. at 11:50hrs, they did not have any wraps. so ordered a salad, with steak. All loaded into the bowl, and asked for barbecue sauce on it. The server picked up the sauce bottle, and appeared miles away as my daughter was trying to tell him it was leaking out of the nozzle, so the cheese, tomatoes and cucumber all got a liberal dosing of barbecue sauce, it also went all over the outside of the salad bowl lid. not enough left to go where it was supposed to, on my food. My colleague and I visit this restaurant branch once a week, as we work nearby. Up until today, we have never had any issues. Yes, it can be slow at times, but if it's busy, that's understandable. Today, we went to order our usual items: a chicken tikka wrap and a cheese salad wrap. However, we were told that they were not on the menu and we couldn't have them. This has never been a problem before. We are willing to pay the full price for the equivalent items and the staff have always accommodated our requests. Visited on a Sunday afternoon, wasn’t particularly busy, was told by woman behind the counter, “il just be a minute”. Fair enough she disappeared into back but over 5 minutes later she still hadn’t returned. Her colleague was busy with other customers. Waited, waited; she never returned! All could hear was her larking about and with backroom staff. Walked out in end. Won’t be returning!
Ordered all of our food to then get to the till and be told they were only taking cash that day , there is no sign anywhere in there to say card only !!! I’m sure ragdeep should of mentioned this before taking our order and making it , never had trouble paying cash In there or any other subway before

I dropped my son off at Subway while we went to McDonald's. After finishing our meal at McDonald's, we were still waiting half an hour later. There were only 4 people in line, so it's unclear why the service was so slow. The servers seemed to lack urgency, even when the line was out the door.
The food at this restaurant was fantastic and beautifully presented. To be honest, it was a major improvement compared to my last visit a few months ago. The restaurant was much cleaner, tidier, and more efficient. Kudos to the manager and the rest of the team for a job well done.
Sunday afternoon and only one sandwich artist working. Queue out the door. Another employee wandering around oblivious to the frustration of the hungry people. Should have gone to McDonalds.
Staff uninterested and rude. Food itself was OK but they really should try and encourage staff to smile. No condiments and order incorrect.

Yes, I've just queued for 30 while minutes to be served in this subway. It's just not on. Good job I have retired!!
Staff were friendly, tables and area was very clean. Food tasted very nice. Will come back again for lunch!
