I recently visited a Subway restaurant with a touch screen drive-thru, which was ideal for me since I have hearing difficulties and often find regular drive-thrus challenging. I loved being able to place my order without needing to talk to staff through the window. However, I did notice that the screen could use some cleaning, so I recommend bringing sanitizer or gloves. It would be beneficial to have someone wipe down the screen every few cars. On a positive note, my order was completed much faster than at other fast food drive-thrus. Overall, well done, Subway!
This location has a touch screen order drive thru. Perfect for someone like myself whom is hard of hearing hearing and generally can't use a drive thru without telling the person working that I have to come to the window to order. Just remember to eitherbring sanitizer or gloves since it's quite obvious the screen isn't cleaned often. My only recommendation is to have someone goout at least ever few cars and clean the screen. Orders are complete faster than most other drive thru fast food places. Andthey're correct! Good job subway!!!
I ordered from Subway through DoorDash, but sadly, the driver didn’t show up with my delivery. After a frustrating experience with DoorDash, they suggested I reach out to the Subway location directly to sort things out. The manager I talked to was incredibly helpful; after I explained what happened, he reached out to someone at Subway to make sure I got a refund. The service and management at this Subway were outstanding, especially given the current challenges of the pandemic and worker shortages.
Here's a drive-thru tip for newcomers: use the "look up previous order" option by entering your phone number. At first, it will say no previous orders—just place your order as usual. The next time you visit, your order will be saved. If you want to try something different, simply select "add new." All your orders are stored, making the drive-thru experience much quicker. Don’t worry, they won’t send promotional texts; this feature is exclusively for order lookup.

Just went to the drive-through in order Hey sandwich the spicy Italian I asked for peppers onions olives and wax peppers and usually when you go in the store and make your sandwich they do not skimp out but apparently when you go to the drive-throughthey think it?s OK to skimp on the toppings I don?t know who made my sandwich with this person clearly needs to go back tosandwich making school and be brushed up this is clearly not a Subway sandwich
I ordered through DoorDash and the driver never delivered my order. DoorDash was giving me the run around and said I needed to get it figured out through this Subway restaurant itself the manager was rad and, after listening to all the details I had, hehad spoken to someone at Subway up the chain to ensure I could get a refund. Awesome service and management, especially during aglobal pandemic and worker shortages.
I recently enjoyed the Marshwan sandwich without onions, and it was absolutely delicious! My family chose the BMT, and they loved it. The staff were friendly and patient, while the manager was very attentive. The customer service was outstanding, and everything tasted freshly prepared.
I visited the Subway on Akers and Cypress today and was surprised to find they have both a drive-thru and a self-service kiosk! Ordering was incredibly easy, which made the experience very enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
