This once weekly place for lunch is off the table for me. I placed on online order and went in it wasn't ready. I asked this heavy set women with colored hair and she said they didn't have any online orders. I proceeded to confirm the address and provided my receipt which she replied they did not have it. I then read the order number to her and after again denying it she walked to the computer and actually checked and surprise it was there! My next interaction I placed an online order asking for light mayo and mustard when I opened my sandwich it was covered completely in the most sauce I have ever seen clearly out of spite. I was working nearby, so I decided to stop by for lunch. The service was alright, I had a young man who seemed to be on his first day but he did a good job. The sandwich I ordered wasn't perfect, but it was decent. However, I was disappointed to see a sign stating that they did not participate in any coupon offers, including those on the app. I understand that this location is a franchise, but it's common in the city to see businesses trying to offer discounts to attract customers who may not have easy access to transportation. If this restaurant wants to attract more customers, they may want to reconsider their decision not to participate in promotions like these.
Ordered online due to limited time for my lunch break. Got here 10 minutes late. Order not ready. Waited by the pick up rack for 20 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge me. Only for them to tell me it hadn't been started yet and I'd have to wait. Requested refund as I was already late to return to work. Was completely ignored.

Call manager about how I was disappointed in the way my sandwich was made. She was very rude raised her voice I was very offended when I asked if I could speak to her manager . She continued talking over the manager.
My granddaughters and I had dinner at subway Saturday evening and found the service to be excellent. Our sandwiches were fresh and made exactly as we requested, and the resturant was clean. Good job Subway!
They were a little busy but it was lunch time so I expected a little wait. They were out of the chicken I wanted due to being so busy but they have so many other options it wasn't a big deal.
