I wouldn't even give this place a star. I visited on Sunday, August 7th, close to closing time, and the customer service was appalling. Two older Hispanic ladies working there seemed more interested in preparing food to take home than in attending to customers. When I specified the toppings I wanted for my sandwich, I noticed that they had already finished making it without adding anything, rather than focusing on our order. It was frustrating to see them prioritizing their own meal over serving us properly. I will never return to this restaurant, even if it means driving further distances. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
I visited this restaurant after work and needed to use the restroom before ordering my food. Unfortunately, the older Hispanic lady in charge of the restroom had a rather unpleasant attitude and provided some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. She insisted that I had to make a purchase in order to use the restroom. While I did plan to buy a sandwich, I wasn't ready to order just yet. I tried to explain this to her in Spanish, but it didn't help much. This place really could benefit from some new staff.
Disappointing this time. The New Melt sandwiches lacked density, came only on a white bun (however, the man taking my order change it to another type), comes in a brown lunch-type bag (so it is some what greasy from melted cheese, PLUS mom 's and my order was marked incorrectly and she was eating my tuna, a diet restricted food for her!! All this joy for $12.01. I just shook my head
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the staff were unhelpful and rude. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they simply brushed me off, saying it was my fault for not enjoying the food. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I won’t be returning myself.

The young lady Johanna did a wonderful job, and was really nice and kind. But the other older women was very rude. When we asked for a napkin for a party of 5 she only gave us two napkins. What a bad service.
I go here almost every weekend after grocery shopping. The young lady the is always there does a fantastic job! I have never been disappointed with her service or my order.
I have eaten subway in five countries in the world so far and maria and wendy at this store have been the most polite and help people i have ever met at a subway.
I love going there. eating is always fresh, and the 2 ladys who work there are always so nice.
