My friend and i have the worst experience with this particular location. two of my three subs was wrong and the child who was trying to sub for the manager was very rude and disrespectful. She was arguing with us, yelling off our ears on how its our fault what we ordered and even tried to blame the door dash. I couldn't believe the experience i had over the phone and how the associates used old bread from yesterday, even telling us they did. I have even called another location(MONROE AVE) and spoken to the manager about this location in particular and all he had was negative complaints from customers about Genesee street location. I love eating at Subway! I always order the same thing: a foot-long chicken teriyaki with provolone cheese, toasted on Italian bread. I add a light salad, tomatoes, and so many pickles that I sometimes wonder if I can actually taste my delicious sub or just the pickles. Finally, I drizzle a line of buffalo sauce down the whole sub! It's absolutely delicious! Don't forget the extra toppings!
I absolutely love the chicken teriyaki served over Italian crumbles and topped with provolone cheese, all beautifully roasted. It comes with a side salad, tomatoes, and plenty of pickles, finished off with a generous drizzle of buffalo sauce—so delicious! For those who prefer plant-based meals, there are several vegetarian and vegan options available to choose from.
There was a bus filled with high school girls and their coach returning from a sporting event, which I understand, but they really needed more staff to handle the crowd. Additionally, it took a long time for my meal to arrive, even though I ordered a quick sub. I won't be going back. Food rating: 2/5.

I have attempted to order from this location three times, and each time they were closed well before their stated hours. They are shutting down more than an hour earlier than their listed closing time.
The bread was burnt, and the sub had very little meat, peppers, and cheese. I don’t understand why this location is fine during the day but seems to be lacking at night.
I ordered a 6-inch sub, but it was overly toasted. There was no marinara sauce at all, making it the driest sandwich I've ever had. I was very disappointed.
The #7 didn't come with any avocado, and there was way too much mayo and mustard, making it really messy. Unfortunately, there were no napkins available.
