The staff were extremely rude; they rolled their eyes when I requested extra sauce and spoke to me in a raised tone while I was placing my order. Their service was very inconsistent. Last week, I used a coupon over the phone without any issues, but today, when I tried to do the same, they refused to accept it at checkout. I was shocked to see that they had suddenly changed their "policy" in just a week. I'm also very disappointed with the meal itself. They missed several steps in my order, and when I pointed them out in an attempt to get it fixed, the staff seemed frustrated and still did not address the issue.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Waited in line at the pick up window for 21 minutes with one car in front of me, never got order. Parked, and went in for refund, that took 15 minutes! Manager sucks, employees suck, and orders are NEVER right. AVOID!
I ordered a footlong with pepper jack cheese and requested it toasted. Unfortunately, they forgot to add the cheese. When I called to inform them, they insisted, "We definitely put the cheese on it."
Everything was delicious and flawless! The #8, The Great Garlic, was a new sandwich for me, and I absolutely loved it! I highly recommend it!

manager messed up our order..then blamed the other lady ..like we didn't watch the whole thing lol..i feel sorry for her
The sandwiches were completely wrong. There was items that was out on the wrong sandwiches they was burnt.
The sandwich was good, but it took nearly 45 minutes to an hour for it to be delivered.
I'm not a big fan of the refresh, and they were out of some of the vegetables.
