This is one of the worst Subway locations I've ever visited. I asked for flatbread, but they were out of it. Then, I tried to order a yellow egg, and they were out of that as well. So, I settled for a footlong ham and cheese sandwich, which at most Subway locations costs $4.99. Here, however, it was $6.50. Not only do they seem to have trouble keeping their products in stock, but they also greatly overcharge. This Subway is located in a Pilot truck stop, and they really shouldn't allow franchises like this to treat professional drivers and the local community so poorly.
My husband then decided to order a tuna sandwich. He asked for the sandwich to be finely chopped, but the staff used their fingers to break it apart instead. My husband pointed out that it wasn't chopped finely at all. When he expressed his dissatisfaction, the manager commented that they could "go to their truck" if they wanted something better. This really upset him. He ended up paying for the sandwich, but it left him feeling frustrated. Overall, a disappointing experience with unhappy customers.
It seems like the owner of this restaurant is quite disrespectful. I'm not sure why they are here, as they clearly don’t know how to handle customers. There was another staff member who was very nice, but the owner yelled at him and stopped him from assisting me. After a long day, I found this experience very frustrating.
Quite simply the worst service imaginable as well as being out of a lot of ingredients and the ladies that were working in the establishment were definitely subpar in the greeting and service department if you are looking for a good sandwich do not and Irepeat do not go to this Subway location. The worst subway that I have ever been in!!! The employees was nothing but attitude, acted as if I was lucky to be waited on and the food was so nasty that I just threw the sandwich in the trash, I will never eat another subway sandwich again.
The woman who served me this prepared it just for herself. I didn't pay attention to my instructions and only wrapped my sandwiches in the outer paper.
This is the worst Subway I've ever visited. They're either always on break or closed for no apparent reason.
