The lady serving me was very rude. She crushed my bread and made me wait. When I asked if she could help, she looked really angry for no reason. While assembling my food, she was throwing it around carelessly. At the end, when she asked if I wanted anything else, she replied "No" to my question. I corrected her and said "Yes, a cookie," and she angrily threw the cookie into the bag. That was the last straw for me. I found the service at this restaurant to be rather unfriendly. When customers arrive, the staff should stop their conversations and focus on welcoming them. It feels like they would rather tell customers what they have available rather than listen to what the customers actually want. The owner, a short, chubby woman, could really benefit from improving her people skills, or she might want to think about pursuing a different career. If things don’t change, they could lose customers quickly. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because another staff member was friendly and smiled when speaking with me.
I stopped by this Subway for a dinner sandwich and got the footlong turkey breast combo. The food was tasty, and the service was top-notch, making my visit very pleasant. Located in a shopping plaza, the restaurant is easy to find with ample parking available. I really enjoyed my experience. When on the road, it’s nice to find reliable dining options. Overall, I was happy with the value.

This was my first experience ordering through the app, and it wasn't very satisfactory. I requested multigrain bread but received regular bread instead. I also asked for all four sandwiches to be toasted, but they were not. Furthermore, one sandwich was supposed to include chipotle sauce, but it came with pickles instead of cucumbers. Unfortunately, my entire order was wrong.
This is easily the worst Subway I've ever been to. The staff was extremely rude and showed no signs of customer service skills or even basic courtesy. When I entered and greeted them, I didn't receive any response, so I attempted to greet them again—still nothing. I will definitely NOT be coming back, even if it's the only sandwich shop left on the planet.
I really enjoy the Cali Fresh sub sandwich, especially with my own tweaks. The staff at this Subway are always friendly, and they typically do a fantastic job making sandwiches.
The food was of good quality, but my only complaint was that the staff wouldn't let us use our coupon. It was still valid, yet we had to pay the full price.
