If it weren't for the classic Subway flavor that I love, I wouldn't bother coming here. It's shocking that I still have to remind the staff to wash their hands. I can understand if someone is busy making multiple sandwiches, but when I see an employee sitting on a crate in the back, touching their face, and then asking if I need help, it becomes a bit much. Before asking what I want, I would appreciate it if you could wash your hands first. When you greet me, I’d prefer if you head straight to the handwashing sink. Additionally, during downtime, it would be great if you could clean the production area, so you're ready for the next rush and can avoid putting unwanted ingredients on customers'...
Absolutely terrible. Went in to grab my daughter a kids meal. They advertise a sub, applesauce and milk for $5.99. I ordered the kids meal very explicitly, therefor the sub they made was tiny (as expected) they then tried to charge me over $8.50 for the meal. I said “your sign says 5.99”. I was told that was for the sub only and the milk and applesauce were extra. The teeny tiny sub!!! I couldn’t believe it. We walked out with nothing and went to qdoba where you got a quesadilla, applesauce,rice,beans, and milk for $5.50! Save yourself the headache and just start with qdoba!
Clear and accurate information will keep anyone from going crazy. It is not in your best interest to put up three different prices that are not equivalent when you choose the bread or the wrap. There needs to be something notated that says or you need to tell someone before they order the spinach wrap that is only available on the larger orders. I am really done with Subway. I have been to four different Subways in Maryland and they all don't understand English. So how can they handle our complaints, in the United States.
The facility is always clean and the staff is very customer focused ! They are very accommodating to create whatever sandwich you request with as many toppings and as much as you want on the sub. I’m usually greeted with a smile and how can I help you. The franchise owner is present when I come in at lunch time . One of the better subways I’ve been in. Harry T. I went there to buy two subs and the young kid had a attitude the whole time making ours subs! Also we got some coupons deliver today in the mail for Subway and that owner at the Owings Mills location doesn’t want to honor them. Subway Franchise shouldn’t let him be a owner if his out to screw people. I will never comeback. Also bread tasted old and it was hard. Terrible experience!
Come on subway do better little bit of meat I’m just tasting bread and sauce I keep reminding myself why I choose to go to firehouse and get my moneys worth also I could have sworn provolone cheese was white I was told multiple times by the person behind the counter it’s american how are we correcting the employees
The women that wears the glasses had an attitude. When I told what I wanted she said what!? With an attitude. The whole time she talked to me rude and it felt racist . I won’t be returning .
Found pieces of hair in my food and after the first bite my stomach started hurting everytime I come is always my stomach hurting unlike other subways and the taste is horrible

This place is worth a try. They have large portions for fair prices. Consistently clean and with fantastic mood. Highly recommended.
The veggie patty was very good. Place could be cleaner.
