Avoid this Subway location. I walked in at 1:30 yesterday, and the employee greeted me with a dramatic "Noooooooo" and rolled her eyes. There were only two customers ahead of me. She was incredibly rude to a gentleman who wore hearing aids and struggled to understand her. When two older customers entered, she exclaimed, "Where are all you people coming from?!" I couldn’t take it anymore, so I spoke up, saying, "Well, it's a place where people come to eat," before leaving the line and walking out. She then yelled, "YES!" as if she was relieved to have one less person to serve. It's clear that they need a new staff. A little kindness goes a long way!
don't go into this subway. yesterday at 1:30 a.m. and the woman who works, greeted me with a noouu and rolled her eyes. only two men are facing me. she was completely rude to the man who had earpieces in both and could not understand what she said. then two older people came in and she greeted them with where all the people come from!? I said, it's a place where people were eating and coming out of the line, and she screamed happy that she had a less person to wait. No one makes them work, they need new workers! be just nice people!
My friend and I arrived here on foot and were really cold. As soon as we walked in, a very kind employee noticed our discomfort and asked if we were okay. She surprised us by giving us each two Reese's and some cookies that she personally paid for. We absolutely love this place, especially the wonderful staff! This girl definitely deserves a raise, and I can't wait to come back five times a week now!
I and my friend came here without a ride or one to come up and we were both in vain. when we asked in a very nice worker whether we were in order because we were so cold, she ended up 2 Reece?s everyone and gave us free cookies that they paid to get us. love this place so much, including the amazing workers! this girl deserves an increase and will be 5 times the week now!
Went inside and waited for several minutes at the counter. There were 2 people there and they never helped or said a word to me except when I asked if they were open they said yes. Eventually I just walked out because no one helped me and it was a very awkward experience. Never going back here for sure. How this place stays open is beyond me.

Eye rolling, sighing is not anyway to treat anyone. Mind Tracey is the MANAGER there!! Tracey was super unprofessional and rude. We all have bad days, but that?s no excuse to act like that. The management could use some help there, especially from aleadership position.
