We arrived an hour and a half before closing time. We walked in and two staffers were in the front. The male greeted us pleasantly as a female came in from the back and went behind the serving counter. He went into the back and she began busily fiddling with the food and condiment bins. Putting covers on each bin as fast as she could and removing empty bins. I waited to be addressed watching as she continued to fiddle with stuff on the assembly station. Finally I spoke up asking for a steak and cheese 6 inch sub. She asked me mmmmm? I asked — What? She then repeated her question loudly while looking at me as though I was insulting her. Thank you for your decision to stop offering gluten-free bread! Because of this, I've discovered Firehouse Subs, which has the most amazing gluten-free sub rolls I've ever tasted! The last time I visited your restaurant, I attempted to order a gluten-free sub, as I always did, but your employee informed me that you had run out and weren’t planning to order more. It was nearly closing time, but the staff were incredibly accommodating. They prepared our food and even patiently waited for my 5-year-old to make his choices.
