I stopped by at midnight after a long work shift, feeling both famished and exhausted. The staff member was incredibly friendly and attentive. He made sure my sandwich was prepared just right, rather than just thrown together. It was delicious! The customer service was outstanding, and his work area was spotless. He also took care to use the freshest vegetables available. It's the little things that make a difference, and I truly appreciated it.

Service was excellent from employee communication was excellent facilities were exceptionally clean. All employees had great settings and the manager came through two or three times during the entire process and was very warm to everyone in the store. The food was fresh and delicious. Definitely two thumbs and a five-star experience. Congratulations to the metro at Mount Vernon to make fast food a pleasant experience.
