I'm not sure if this applies to all Subway locations or just the one in Jasper, but just because I don’t want my bread toasted hard doesn’t mean I want my chicken or steak served ice cold. Use some common sense—who actually eats cold meat? Warm up the meat! Also, if avocado costs $1.70 plus tax, I expect it to be properly added to my sandwich. Three times now, it either hasn’t been included or only a tiny, disappointing amount was put on—more like a scrap from the bottom of an empty container. I want exactly what I ordered from the Subway menu, especially when paying extra! Having to microwave my sandwich to warm up the meat ruins the bread and vegetables, which basically spoils the whole me...
After a 15-minute drive back to the restaurant, we decided it would be best to ask for a refund and find another place to eat. When we got to the drive-thru, the manager informed us that the subs had already been remade, so a refund was not an option. To make matters worse, she slammed the window shut and walked away. Her daughter, who was with her, even chimed in as if she were part of the team. We were left confused, especially since we had been told earlier that the sandwiches wouldn’t be made until we returned with the originals and our proof of purchase.

I do not advise you to eat at this subway. They do not care about their customers food and charged me for something I did not buy or receive. Our meatballs on our subs were burnt, cold and the bread was stale. I?ve never had a bad review for subway, until now.
This restaurant provides fresh ingredients and has everything you could wish for in a sandwich! The bread is exceptional, and I always need a drink to accompany it. Enjoying a good meal while working is crucial. And don’t forget to load up on all the veggies!

The location is fantastic! I truly appreciate the amazing staff at this Subway. They are always cheerful and very friendly. The restaurant is kept impeccably clean, which is wonderful. It's a lovely place to enjoy a meal while reading my book.
I visited during the busiest time in the evening, with customers lined up to the door, including myself. The two ladies working were both efficient and extremely friendly and polite. I highly recommend this Subway.
This restaurant has extremely rude staff. I truly think this location needs to be shut down! I've never exited a parking lot so fast. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this place.
I truly value the service at this restaurant. It's fantastic to customize your favorite sub just the way you want it. The establishment is consistently very clean as well.

It cost $20.35 for two six-inch subs—unbelievable! At any other Subway, I could have gotten two footlongs for that price.
The service was warm and welcoming, but the sandwich fell short in taste. The meats lacked a lot of flavor.
