This place is horrible I went around 2:30 and the young guy at like he had an attitude...he barely was talking like we couldn't here him talking they was put of bacon and the veggies looked old and the guy wouldn't put any fresh ones out on the board...he made a mistake on a customer sandwich and got mad about me...as of me I didn't like his attitude so I left and went to the in Walmart where there was great hospitality...never again will I return to this subway again....
I had lunch here on Easter Sunday while heading out for vacation. Ethel was the sole staff member working and, despite the restaurant being packed, she remained cheerful and friendly with every customer. She even made a point to engage kindly with the children and was very patient with them. Our sandwiches were delicious, but the exceptional service truly stood out.
Great Customer Experience!!! Family of 6 was eating inside and walked in. No one served me for 5 mins and I was able to hear people in the back washing. So then what I did was open/close(10 times) the front door cause it was making noise but no one came from the back. Walmart one is better always!!!
10+ customers lined up with 1 employee. Waited 30 plus minutes to get to front of the line just for the slow+touched employee to tell me he won't accept my cash and turned me away. Employee 23213 excellent. This young lady doing everything with a longline. 10 humans left which owners/management should get their act together. If they don't hire then work themselves. Best sell your business because you don't know how to run a business!
Do not eat here unless you want to be charged for something you did not order. They will not refund you, discount you, nor let you speak with a manager. Apparently the employees don’t know their managers last name nor phone number.
The floor was wet, customer service was awful, no sense of urgency, and you just lost a customer! It shouldn't take 40 minutes to get 2 subs. Whoever owns this Subway needs to get involved before you continue to lose customers!
Poor girl was working the entire restaurant by herself. Was really stacked up when we arrived and my wife really wanted sandwiches. The worker kept her cool despite all the people and made really good sandwiches. Kudos for her! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
As for vegetarian options: the vegetables are rarely fresh, and if they run out of a particular item, they won't make any accommodations for you.
