Had a horrible experience at this restaurant . I placed an order on grubhub that I personally picked up. Upon returning home I realized that one of the two sandwiches was made completely incorrect. Ranch was used instead of chipotle. Tomatoes were added that were not ordered, and the sandwich was not even toasted. I had to drive all the way back and upon showing the incorrect sandwich and my receipt I was told that I was wrong multiple times and that they made it correct. The store manager got involved and was finally able to pull up the receipt on their end (because apparently my order receipt on my phone meant nothing). This is my go to Subway. It is inside a convenience store. The Subway register only takes subway items, so if you pickup anything else you'll have to be rung up twice, splitting things into subway and the rest. There is a hotel desk-style bell to ring as the person manning it may be in back. I've never seen any uncleanliness there. They have the full selection of subway items with all their breads baked each day. I can always get a parking space here, which is much more convenient than the Subway on Main Street. plus I can buy lotto or from a larger variety of drinks, chips, candy, ice cream, etc..
The service at this subway is usually good, but today was a different story. When I entered, the employee asked if she could help me. I explained that I had ordered over the phone and was just there to pick up my food. She told me to wait, and although I wasn't in a rush, her attitude was unpleasant. When the food was ready, she directed the loader not to give it to me because it was for an Uber order. He asked where it was going, and it was clear that they were not treating me as a valued customer.
the person who provides the subway sandwiches at this place is therefore responsible for cleaning the toilet, collecting the müll around the tankstelle and storing the load. So, when they go sandwich to order a subway sandwich, they need to put a bell for the service, and almost always the person comes from the bathroom to prepare her sandwich (use her hands) Don't take my word so it goes in, buy your sandwich and watch for your own eyes. isn't that a good way to get sick with covid 19 or bacteria?

Located inside a gas station, this restaurant is a bit of a wildcard. The staff can range from being very competent with mobile ordering to being a bit slow with preparing orders. However, they do make delicious, generously filled sandwiches. The speed of service can vary greatly, from being able to quickly grab your food in three minutes to having to wait a long time due to being understaffed. Overall, it's hit or miss depending on the day.
The staff at this restaurant are friendly and always generous with the portions, as well as quick. The space is also clean. Additionally, it is located in a shop where I can also pick up other snacks and drinks.
Terrible service , they over charge you for things that are suppose to be included . Poor customer services. New management needed . Do not go here !
