Isn’t that the whole point of ordering ahead? At 2 PM, I was told they were out of the Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread I ordered. It would have been great to know that when I placed my order. Five hours into the workday, and they can’t fulfill an online request? Total bait and switch. The only bread options left were white or wheat, so I chose white. I'm really disappointed. I've lived in Chino longer than this Subway has been open, and I remember why I stopped coming here. Every time I or someone I know visits this location, they are always stingy with the veggies—especially the lettuce, which is one of the main ingredients in every sandwich. They add such a tiny amount that you have to keep asking for more just to get a reasonable portion. And when we kindly ask for extra, we don’t appreciate the attitude we often receive. We've never been rude and always thank the staff for making our sandwiches, but honestly, veggies don’t cost much to add, so it would be great if they could also ditch the poor attitudes.
The spinach wrap stuffed with rotisserie chicken strips, vegetables, and sauces was incredibly tasty. It was nicely cut in half for easy consumption. The staff prepared my order exactly as I requested, and it was heated to perfection.
A young man at the restaurant was exceptionally polite. He kept responding to our orders with "sounds good," which I found quite amusing, and we shared a laugh over it. Throughout, he remained very professional.
