I've visited this subway location many times, but today I felt inspired to write a review. They've recently done some cosmetic interior updates, and it looks much more attractive now. The young woman who served me was incredibly polite and attentive—definitely one of the best experiences I've had at a subway. While it’s still a typical subway, the cleanliness, ambiance, and attentive staff really set this one apart.
I visited the restaurant after attending a farewell event for two of our CCBC Upward Bound Catonsville scholars at Woodlawn High School, hoping to grab a bite to eat. I ordered a 6-inch All American Club on multigrain bread, and it was excellent! The staff was prompt and friendly, and the establishment was clean and well-organized. Thank you for offering such a delicious, healthy sub that truly satisfied my craving!
You may find yourself needing to raise your voice slightly due to the location of a machine, but this isn’t a significant problem. There's even a sign suggesting customers speak up while ordering. The food was not only visually appealing but also beautifully presented. I'm very particular about wilted or brown edges on lettuce, and when I mentioned this, a staff member graciously swapped out the container for me.
I've always had a great experience at this restaurant. It's never busy, and there's plenty of convenient parking. The service is fast and friendly, and the food is delicious and fairly priced. What’s not to like? I just stopped by to get two salads, and honestly, it was probably quicker than if I had taken out the salad ingredients from my fridge and made one at home! We ordered three cookies to enjoy with our meals since we were dining in the restaurant. The two chocolate chip cookies were delicious. However, the third cookie, a white chocolate macadamia, was hard and tasted stale. When we asked the staff for a replacement, they responded, "We don’t sell stale cookies."
I've always had a great experience at this restaurant. It's never crowded, and parking is convenient nearby. The service is quick and friendly, and the food is delicious. There's really nothing to dislike! I just wanted to grab two salads, and honestly, it’s probably quicker than making them at home!
This is my favorite Subway location. It's under new management now, and I continue to receive great service along with the quality I've come to expect. I really love their variety of options!
