After the employee made the changes, I checked again and discovered there was still no lettuce or cheese on it. So, I had to go back yet again. Eventually, I received a sandwich with cheese and lettuce, but it felt like it had been reheated rather than just heated, as it was excessively hot. In hindsight, I wish I had gone to Taco Bell instead. I understand that she might be new and still learning, but if she was having trouble remembering the order, she should have taken notes on paper. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 and the service a 1.
I have had consistently frustrating experiences at this Subway. I've visited three times, each time ordering the steak and cheese, and I've faced issues every time. On my first visit, they forgot all the condiments. The second time, my chips were missing. By my third visit, despite specifically requesting it, they didn’t toast my sandwich. This location could definitely benefit from new staff or improved management.
The good news is there is now a Taco Bell next door. The service stinks. The sandwiches are more often disappointing and bland. The prices have gone up, again. I only eat there when I am desperate and too lazy to go to Food City. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly rude. They rarely answer the phone, and when they finally did, they just told me they were busy three times before hanging up. I attempted to call for two hours without success. I won't be ordering food or calling there again.

I had a frustrating experience with my online order. Both sandwiches were made wrong and weren't toasted. When I went back to have them fixed, I realized once I got to my car that I hadn't received my chips. I ultimately decided to just go home.
I arrived 20 minutes before closing time, but they refused to serve me and had already locked the doors. I even tried to call ahead out of courtesy since I was going to be late, but no one answered.
Terrible service! The girl at the drive-thru was rushing through my order and talking over me. She made several mistakes and then muttered "God" under her breath. I will never return to this Subway.
