Yesterday, after finishing my shopping at Walmart, I waited for over 20 minutes without anyone coming to the front counter. Finally, a Walmart employee had to call someone over to help. When the Subway worker appeared, she was still finishing her bag of chips and gave me a look of obvious annoyance. I ordered a simple ham and cheese sandwich, but she didn’t say a word and seemed irritated and displeased the entire time.
This Subway location is very convenient since it’s inside Walmart, and I’ve had good experiences here before, so I’m willing to give it another try. However, sometimes attitude and service matter more than convenience. I hope this was just a one-time problem.
This is from the last two times I ordered from them via Doordash. Doordash was great so no issues there.The first time, I ordered a Steak and Cheese sub, it was more like a Lettuce Sandwich.Yesterday, I ordered the All American Club and first bite, hair in the Sandwich. I instantly threw it away. I probably won't be going to Subway again...at least not that one. Also, I don't have any hair. I'm bald. They probably need to wear hairnets.
This place is terrible! Every time I ask for a specific type of bread, they only offer white bread. It seems to be the only option. The woman behind the counter always has earbuds in and seems more focused on talking on her phone than helping customers. There were no napkins, straws, or cup lids available. The entire place looked very unclean. I would give zero stars if I could, but the system requires at least one.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I attempted to use a coupon, but the woman at the register seemed unsure about how to process it. She dismissed me and became impatient while I was trying to explain the instructions, which were clearly outlined for cashiers. From now on, I will only visit the Subway closer to my home. The staff there are much friendlier and actually accept all Subway coupons!

I experienced the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The woman was incredibly unfriendly and seemed to think it was the worst task imaginable to wait on me. When I asked her a question, she answered and then went to the back to have a drink, leaving me standing there waiting to place my order. It was unbelievable.
This restaurant surpasses many we've been to. The staff appeared to be genuinely attentive. I always order the tuna, which is delicious, while she opted for the pizza. It was decent, but a bit thick and could have used a little more time in the oven.
They deceive customers with coupons. Yesterday, I used a coupon for two free sandwiches, but they charged me nine dollars. When I checked my bank account, the total amount deducted was 21 dollars. This is dishonest behavior.
Rude employees and NOt good to door dash from. Does NOT have a phone at all so don't try to call any number on here. It doesn't exist. Pretty sure that's not legal but just not a great place to go. Not professional at all.

They advertise opening at 8 AM, but when I arrived at 9:30 AM, the gate was still shut. I'm quite disappointed and think they need to update their posted hours clearly.
The food was good. Very clean. Nice people run this place.
