I had a terribly disappointing experience with customer service at this Subway. I ordered sandwiches with soda and chips three separate times, and each order was missing the drinks and chips. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the staff was rude and even yelled at me, accusing me of "playing games." Keep in mind I paid for these items but never received them after three attempts. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and instead visiting the one at 1201 Jericho, where they handle orders correctly. The prices at Subway are quite reasonable, but the quality leaves much to be desired. Despite running out of several key ingredients, the staff still expected a tip. I ordered salami from the menu, only to be charged 75 cents for just three slices. They also added an extra fee for requesting more than two small slices of cheese. When I asked for spinach, they gave me only three tiny leaves. Overall, the food was bland. I can’t recommend this Subway location; I suggest visiting the one in Port Washington or trying a different restaurant altogether.
This Subway location is, without question, the worst I’ve experienced in my 15 years as a loyal customer. They repeatedly get orders wrong, and the staff is incredibly rude. I was really disappointed with the service and the overall handling of the menu options.
This restaurant is my top choice! I've tried many spots, but I always return here. The staff is very welcoming, and the food is delicious. I always look forward to a great meal at this place. I definitely recommend it!
