Every time I visit this restaurant, I encounter an older woman whose name I don't know because she doesn't wear a name tag. She is consistently rude and often corrects my English, as if she speaks perfectly herself. I find her attitude unpleasant; she should clarify if this is an English class instead of a restaurant!
Used the online app to pick-up at this location. On the app, it said food was ready at 1 but when we arrived they had not even started the order. Had to stand in line because they refused to start our order until we were next in line. Terrible service of late. New owners?
