I am disappointed to have to give this restaurant only one star. When I called to ask a question, instead of receiving a helpful response like "I'm sorry, I don't have an answer for you" or "please call back when my manager is here", I was rudely told "I DON'T KNOW, I ONLY WORK HERE!" This lack of customer service shows that you are only there for a paycheck and do not care about the customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Ordered the new No Bready bowl this morning and had to take the time to rave about my online order. My salad bowl was fixed to perfection and exceeded my expectations!! Thank you Jessie for taking the time to go the extra mile this morning byaccommodating my special requests. Thank you for operating in excellence. You really made my morning a little brighter.
The posts that it closes at 9PM. Showed up at 8:45PM to order a meatball sub, but, much to my disappointment, I was told that they put the meatballs away at 8:30PM. My son did not get dinner ????
