Rung me up for a chicken sandwich that costed more and didn't change it. Didn't want to start an argument so I accepted the payment and left after mentioning the incorrect charge. Third, all their vegetables look wilted and old. Every single time I go, the veggies never look appetizing or fresh at all. Do not order from this Subway. Any other Subway is better than this one. The people here don't care about quality whatsoever.

I stopped by this restaurant after work to pick up a sub for my commute home. After preparing my sandwich, the staff member asked if I wanted to add chips and a drink. I agreed because I had a coupon for a meal. To my surprise, she informed me that they don’t accept Subway coupons. I explained that it was a valid coupon, but she insisted that they don’t honor any coupons. I politely decided to cancel my order as I’ve never encountered a place that doesn’t accept its own coupons before. I won’t be returning.
Recently, my wife and I tried a sub at this restaurant. We noticed that the cabbage had a reddish hue and some black spots, which made it seem like it was going bad. Despite this, we decided to take the sandwich home after the staff assured us that it looked fine and that they see this from their morning deliveries. Unfortunately, the next day we experienced some nausea and vomiting. I don’t want to make a big fuss, but I think there should be stricter quality checks in place here.

Rather mean with me being there even if I was the only person seated in the restaurant. Closed door before I could use bathroom than when I did get a sandwich told me I had 5 mins to eat it. Wouldn?t recommend I know the staff is new maybe least the girl cleaning the floor but her behavior and the women who was managing was the rudest most inconsiderate I?ve experienced.

I purchased two footlong sandwiches today from the Subway on Norbeck Road—one meatball marinara and one steak and cheese. Unfortunately, I found a long hair in the meatball marinara, which forced me to throw the entire sandwich away. I was really disappointed. Additionally, the taste of both sandwiches was quite poor.

Terrible!! I've never had such bad taste subs like this one. Rude staffs who seemed like not happy serving customers at all. Skip this one and go to other near by subway if you're craving for sub.
The bread was not fresh. The meat was dry on the edges. The sandwich maker seemed bothered by my r requests. I will not patronize them in the future.
