There were two young black men working at the time. One had just arrived and one had just finished serving the guest in front of me. The one who just arrived was washing his hands, and that is the best thing I will say about his performance in this review. The other one was standing right in front of me but refused to make eye contact. He shadily glanced at me and then right back down to the counter. I ordered a meatball sub and was told that I could just go to Walmart and buy a bag of meatballs if I wanted one. When I asked for more details, the employee admitted that she actually had meatballs available but simply refused to make them. This happened on February 12, 2023, at 9:30 PM. I stop at this truck stop twice a week on my route, but I’m done with this Subway as long as this employee is still there. Service: Takeout.
There appears to be a problem with the management at this Subway location. This is my fourth visit, and I've found the experience consistently disappointing. The staff doesn't seem to have a good grasp on how to make sandwiches, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. It seems that management isn't focused on properly training their employees. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for Subway sandwiches.
My gal and I went to subway today and was helped by such a beautiful hearted lady. She was so nice and kept a lovely smile oh her face. She made a perfect sandwich no lie. If I could. I would bottle her attitude and smile and sell it. Best subway worker ever cute smile too it was a great experience. My best. Sandwich was great not good. 1-6-2022. 9:44.

At 3:15 am today I went in and the employee was sitting down playing on a cell phone. She looked at me as if I wasn?t there. I asked if they were closed she said no not closed I?m on break. Then put her head back down and played more celly games. Smdh. Never going back.
The customer service is outstanding. However, certain subway items, especially the vegetables, are often unavailable. Additionally, some of the fountain drinks can be quite diluted and aren't checked regularly. Despite these issues, the food itself is excellent.
If I could give this place no stars, I would. I've never encountered subway employees who move so slowly and seem so indifferent. Save your time and avoid this location.
The service was outstanding, and the staff was extremely courteous. Overall ratings: Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

Bread wasn't fresh and the sandwich toppings looked like they had been sitting out all day.
Was quick and polite, they had tons of fresh cookies out and my salad looked fantastic.
