We paid for our meal before realizing that they were out of the two main ingredients we needed. When we brought up the long wait and the fact that they couldn’t even finish our sandwiches, the person at the register simply shifted the blame to the previous shift without offering any solutions, like chopping up more lettuce. The staff was rude, slow, and appeared completely indifferent. In the end, we spent $30 on half-made sandwiches, which was unacceptable.
I ordered the 6-inch Outlaw for $8.10, and there was probably only about two ounces of meat in total, which was barely an eighth of an inch thick. I visit this place two to three times a week, but they just can’t seem to get it right. When I brought it up, they told me that the customer isn't always right and that I'm on private property. Wow! I would share a picture if I could!
The restaurant is impeccably clean, and the young staff members are very welcoming. Even though we were the only customers there at the time, they were diligently engaged in maintenance tasks, which impressed me because they weren’t just glued to their phones. They showed great patience as we adjusted our orders several times. I highly recommend this place!
The Marshfield store has gotten our online order wrong twice. We haven't gotten the sandwiches we ordered, and we received fewer cookies than I paid for. We won't be going back until the employees improve or they hire new ones. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The restaurant was also very clean. However, I found the sandwiches to be a bit pricey, and the pretzels could use some enhancement.
If you're going to charge nearly $15 for a 12-inch sandwich, at the very least, it should be edible. The bread was so tough that even the dog wouldn't touch it. We won’t be returning.
We ordered online and I guess since we weren't there in person they decided to put more sauce on the sandwiches than anything else. Order in person so they don't drown your food
