After driving back to work to eat my food, I discovered a hair sticking out of my remade sandwich, which led me to throw it away. Feeling disappointed, I called to request a refund since I didn’t end up eating anything. I remained very polite and understanding on the phone, considering I work in customer service myself (in a pharmacy, no less, where I often have to deal with frustrated customers). I understood that the coughing was an accident and that a hair in my food could happen too. I didn’t think it was unreasonable to ask for a refund under the circumstances. So I ordered my food asked for my sandwich how I like it. Then paid for my sandwich and cooler ranch Doritos and found out after that never got a receipt. And when I told Alice about the bread she wanted to make another and I said no I?m sorry I don?t wantto over eat. But also this is first time no recipet at all. Their are so many reasons why you get your receipt. I?m hopingsubway corporate sees this and it doesn?t ever happen again. I guess people who work at fast food restaurants including atsubway need to remember to give receipts all the time. People please just do your job?
I wouldn't recommend dining here. The staff is rude and the service is terrible. They also don't honor any deals available through the Subway app, which means you'll be paying much more than you should. Save your time and money and choose a different place. I really hope this location shuts down!
The food here is fantastic! Be sure to try the underground dish. The staff are very attentive and efficient, both inside and outside the restaurant. The spinach was a bit wilted, but it was still good. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The sandwiches were poorly made, with incorrect ingredients and the bread was not sliced. They appeared as if they had been carelessly assembled.
The food and service were excellent, but it was too cold inside for us to stay at a table, so we had to leave.
I live nearby and the staff here is always friendly and welcoming. They also make fantastic sandwiches!
