Ordered on the Subway app for delivery. Received my order and the sandwiches were horrible. My bread was hard as hell. Hardly any lettuce missing the banana peppers. And m daughters the same way. I called to speak to the manager and she was rude as hell. Telling me that I was wrong and that she made them. She then put me on hold for 10 min. An came back saying they wouldn't do anything for me. And t hat I needed to contact door dash. Even though it was again. Purchased on the Subway app! She was very rude even started arguing with me. I visited the restaurant at 9:30 PM on Friday, September 30th, to get some food. While I was there, an employee who was preparing my meal kept coughing all over the place. I asked him if he was okay, and he admitted he had a cold but insisted he was fine. I was quite taken aback to see him working while showing cold symptoms, especially since he wasn't wearing a mask. I also requested to speak with a manager or shift leader, but he told me that none were present during the shift. This was very concerning and unprofessional.
Stopped by today n the manager.was supper rude today. She refused to give us her name. Did not process our order as requested. We work down the block n if she going to be there we will not be going back. Total lack of respect towards customers. Very rude. Other employees were afraid to give us her name n when asked she stated she would not give us her name n she was not wearing a name tag. Totally advise againt going thier. Not worth the headache.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant due to the rude staff. The worker was not only unprofessional but also tossed my food around, which was quite off-putting. Despite my attempts to be polite, she seemed to react negatively. She messed up my order even after I repeated it three times, and then got frustrated with me for her mistake. I definitely recommend avoiding this place to save yourself some time and hassle.
The young woman who served me provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for one of the male staff members. I didn’t catch his name, but it was obvious he wasn’t interested in helping. The tables were dirty, and one of the seats had spilled food on it; it seemed like he didn't want to clean it up for us so we could comfortably enjoy our meal.
Placed order online and went to pick up when I got home opened the sandwiches and one they were all wrong and two there was a knife in one of them. When taken back they were out of bread and they can only replace them with flat bread
people who handle food are supposed to protect their hair to avoid the risk of hair falling into food, they wear long hair without protection so it is more likely to find hair in food
This is the perfect spot to take a date, where you can confidently assure them you'll enjoy a meal cooked right in front of you, lol!
The service was excellent. I was able to customize my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, and they were generous with the ingredients.
