I visited the restaurant at 9:30 PM on Friday, September 30th, to get some food. While I was there, an employee who was preparing my meal kept coughing all over the place. I asked him if he was okay, and he admitted he had a cold but insisted he was fine. I was quite taken aback to see him working while showing cold symptoms, especially since he wasn't wearing a mask. I also requested to speak with a manager or shift leader, but he told me that none were present during the shift. This was very concerning and unprofessional.
This location fkn sucks!! The older female lady was shady with everything on my footlong as if it's coming out of her check then to have an attitude/mad face on top of it made me want to leave, no one forced her to be there. So in order to get a somewhat decent sandwich you have to ask for extra everything. So now I just go to jerseys mikes, jimmy john's or firehouse subs, at least if I'm spending more on a shady sandwich I might as well get a sandwich that I don't have to ask extra on the quality/taste is way better!!

I went to get food at 9:30 on Friday the 30th of September . A employee was makin my food and Continue to cough all over the place . i ask him was he ok and he said yes but he has a cold , he was sick . i dont understand why he was there and hadsymptoms of a cold and he was not wearing no mask . also i ask to speak to a manager or a shift leader and he said no one likethat was there on the shift . Its very disgusting and not perfessional.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant due to the rude staff. The worker was not only unprofessional but also tossed my food around, which was quite off-putting. Despite my attempts to be polite, she seemed to react negatively. She messed up my order even after I repeated it three times, and then got frustrated with me for her mistake. I definitely recommend avoiding this place to save yourself some time and hassle.
Very rude worker. Throws your food around and has one of the most disgusting and unprofessional attitude I have ever seen. Wouldn?t recommend being nice to her since she seems to have a problem with that too. Messed up my order after telling her threetimes what I wanted and proceeded to get mad because she can?t listen to simple requests. Save your time and don?t bother cominghere.
I placed an order through the app for pickup at this location, and I was impressed to find that this is the only place that actually adds the "more" option for ingredients when I select it. From now on, this will be my go-to spot. I'm very satisfied!

people who handle food are supposed to protect their hair to avoid the risk of hair falling into food, they wear long hair without protection so it is more likely to find hair in food
