App wouldn't let me use their bogo so I asked if their store accepted it. The lady helping me was nice and wasn't sure so he asked the older man there. He seemed angry and upset from the start. He spoke to me with his back turned and when I repeated my issue, he started to speak in another language and walked away. I ended up ordering the sandwiches in person and the lady was great. When she was halfway done with making them, he came back, waved her off, and finished one of the sandwiches before telling her to come back and finish the sandwiches so he could help a different customer. I 'm glad I decided to try this particular Subway! Really friendly people and the food was great.I stopped going to Subways about 3 years ago because I encountered 3 or 4 Subways whose employees were super rude. I got tired of being treated like a dog who just peed on the new carpet. The man I dealt with at this one was really nice. My wife and daughter keep commenting on how tasty and fresh their subs were. This will be our go to Subway from now on.

The customer service was amazing! The entire staff especially the gentlemen who made my sandwich were so nice friendly. You can tell they truly enjoy their jobs or maybe I just caught them on a great day. Either way I felt appreciated and valued as a customer. Best $5 I've spent all week! LOL.Ohh and he took his time making my sandwich, it's legit the best subway (and I've had my share) I've had in a while.

My son and I arrived at Subway at 8:50, just ten minutes before closing time at 9. However, when we got there, we discovered that the door was locked, the lights were off, and two employees were watching us from the back to make sure we left.
