Most of the notable issues seem to stem from a small segment of customers who can be quite demanding or disruptive. **Pros:** The food quality is great and the staff are usually friendly, unless certain customers change the atmosphere. They accept cards (which is important in this area) as well as NFC and QR payments. I believe they also offer Wi-Fi. You’ll find a wider selection of toppings, drinks, and chips than what's displayed on the app or website. **Cons:** The space is quite small, and it can sometimes be hard to understand what the staff are saying. This hood store has the nastiest employees, the little arrogant man charged me an extra dollar for spinach because I ask to have everything on my sandwich. When I asked was this something new, he said yes for you today ONLY FOR NOW ONE DOLLAR EXTRA. He needs to mindful of whom he speaks to like this. Someone may not accept this and then HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM . I 'll keep my distance from this store from January 20, 2024 forward, and let others know about what happened to me there. Went to order a sandwich and received the nastiest customer service from the female Spanish worker, this store has spanish female workers only who don't know how to serve and pop off at the mouth when they are the ones that don't speak English. I Had to to leave my sandwich because the Spanish chick was making my sandwich hasty with a bad vibe. It's not surprising if this store closes. Wrong people running it. I really enjoyed the food here. The service is consistently excellent, and the restaurant is always clean. The staff are extremely friendly. I'll definitely be coming back!
