I needed to provide lunch for 30 students who were attending an off-site event. Many of the students were here from other counties. I was able to go on the catering site with a head count for each sandwich (including some vegetarian options)and order boxed lunches to satisfy everyone. The site was easy to use and even allowed me to leave the tip online. I was updated by email that my order was received and reminded the day of the event that my boxed lunches would be ready on time. Last night my wife and I had a 6 rotisserie chicken sandwich and a subway club. Both sandwiches were made awful. The woman barely out any veggies on them when asked and was mad when we asked for extra veggies. In addition, we ordered lemonade and no one told us they were out of lemonade so after paying we had to settle for the limited soda bevs they had. Lastly the place gross no tables were clean at all.
Completely awful. These people were super rude when all I asked was if they can please fulfill the order I paid for. 3 Blue Gatorades were in the order. Random but costs less than the vending machine in my dorm. Lady got emotional on the phone when I was trying to be super polite. The chicken tasted artificial, and the dish called "chicken bacon ranch" requires an additional charge for the bacon, which isn’t mentioned upfront. I also ordered something that was marked as ready for pickup, but the staff member somehow discarded the order slip without preparing it. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing.
Ate here almost every day through undergrad. I didn’t even have to say a word during my whole visit. They would practically just start making my usual order when I walked in. Good people running the store. My engineering degree and now career was made possible in part from this Subway, so I feel I at least owe them a good review.
The staff were rude and appeared to be quite unhappy with their jobs, which negatively affected the customer experience. I would prefer to dine elsewhere in the area. The saying "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here.
The elderly gentleman was incredibly friendly. When I walked in, he remembered my order, including my preference for a lot of pickles on my sandwich! This is a fantastic Subway location, and the place was very clean!

Not sure who the blonde girl is but she seemed to hate her job. Slammed the oven door and was bad mouthing the other customers. Also slammed the bread on the table and said I’m going to kill myself.
Nice, quiet (and clean)! little subway. Food is always fresh, staff are kind.
