I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the service. One of the staff members, Kirsten, was not only unhelpful but also clearly struggled with basic sandwich-making skills. Her customer service was lacking, and I don't think she is suited for this type of work environment. If I choose to return and she is still employed there, I will make sure she does not prepare my sandwich. Overall, the sandwich was not enjoyable, and I would prefer to avoid being served by her in the future. Management really needs to address this situation. If it were possible, I would give a zero-star rating, as she is the main reason for my dissatisfaction.

The service was equally impressive; the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed—definitely a solid 5 here as well. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, making it an ideal spot for a casual lunch. I highly recommend trying the cookies, the Cold Cut Combo, the Mexicali, and the Turkey Cali Club. I had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant. The prices were very reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The food was exceptional, deserving a perfect score of 5 out of 5! The service was just as impressive, also rated a solid 5. The restaurant had a warm and welcoming atmosphere that added to the overall experience.
