I had the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered at this restaurant. The woman working there, who appeared to be the manager, made my sandwich but then kept me waiting in line for five minutes while she served four other customers who were behind me. When I asked why she had done that, her response was, "If you have a problem with that, then get the f out of here." Everyone around was shocked, and my friend and I decided to leave the food behind and walk out. A few other patrons left with us as well. On our way out, she continued to yell insults at us. It was unbelievable. Save your money and don't support this place.
This is a solid chain restaurant offering a variety of healthy meal options. I really enjoy nearly every sandwich I order from Subway, and I appreciate that you can customize your order to your liking. The customer service is decent as well—pretty much what you'd expect from a reliable chain restaurant.

The restaurant is consistently tidy, and the staff is always friendly. They never seem to run out of vegetables, cheeses, or bread. Plus, it’s conveniently located just a few doors down from Starbucks, making it easy to grab some coffee to accompany our meals.
