I've been ordering from this Subway for years, and they just can't seem to get it right. I really don't understand why it’s so difficult to read an order and prepare it as specified. This is now the third consecutive time I've ordered curbside, only to have to go inside to pick up my order. On top of that, my order has been incorrect and the special instructions, which are always in bold, are not being honored. If they're having trouble understanding the requests, they should ask for help so that someone who does can ensure the order is done right. I have visited this restaurant several times now, and I must say, Jahaira is incredibly professional, which makes the entire experience exceptional. The location is clean, and the customer service is outstanding. Their menu includes delicious options like Italian BMT, tuna, and many more. I placed an order online through Postmates for a sandwich with deluxe toppings and extra cheese, but what I received was a sandwich without either. The staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated, which contributed to a poor experience overall. I would recommend going to a different Subway or choosing another place to eat. If I could give a negative rating, I definitely would. Terrible service.
The service was quite disappointing. The tall female employee was very rude to both customers and her coworkers. She was openly swearing about everything. She even mocked my accent in front of me with her own amusing one. Additionally, the food and bread definitely didn’t seem fresh.
I would give Subway zero stars if I could. I noticed roaches on the counter, which was alarming. When they were preparing my sandwich, I saw roaches come out of the beef tray, so I decided not to buy it. I highly recommend avoiding this Subway at all costs!
The staff is friendly, and they don't hold back on the sandwich toppings. This is my favorite Subway in Los Angeles!
