This local Sub is very aggravating. Always getting orders wrong. Employees never get App order correct. When I call to express my disappointment on how they get the order wrong. Employees n manager never apologize for the inconvenience nor do they offer to replace the order or any type of credit for the order. Because of this I will no longer go to Alamo Subway. If you want a good experience at Subway. Go to the one on I Rd South of HEB going towards Old 83 next to an Oil Lube Garage.
Dont like the customer service the guy that is always there talk skinny guy always looks like hes in a bad mood they are not welcoming or nice at all and when u ask for something they are not used to they either laugh or make a weird face its a shame because i live close to this subway but they are making me look for another subway ??
I started coming here since I noticed they were always filled with fresh meat and vegetables. Some other places have burned freezer or old vegetables or half empty meat dishes. I realize the Emloyees are proud to keep things clean and are also super nice.
