I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received today at your restaurant located at 747 Bell Rd, Halifax Airport. There was an accident on the highway this morning around 9:30 AM, and after waiting for a while, we finally found your Subway around 11:30. Upon arriving, we saw that about 20 people were waiting for lunch. We patiently waited for our subs and drinks, and it took us approximately half an hour to be served. The lady behind the counter worked very quickly and efficiently, and she was very pleasant, continuously apologizing for the wait. On August 16th, I observed that the management needs to pay more attention to their employees. During the last hour, there was only one staff member working, and I felt quite sorry for him as there was a long line of customers. I can’t imagine how he managed it all. The manager really should have stepped in to help instead of sitting in the office. This reflects poor management. If you support your employees, you will likely see a positive impact on your business. It’s unfortunate that this Subway location seems to be trying to cut costs by expecting one person to handle everything during closing time. Typically place an order at 10AM for lunch at 12PM to allow the staff to be able to prepare it before the lunchtime rush. Recently, it takes until 1220-1225pm to prepare an order they received 2.5hrs prior. Good luck if you’re just trying to get a sub on your lunch
I recently enjoyed a lovely lunch at this restaurant, where I found the prices to be quite reasonable, ranging from CA$20 to CA$30 per person. I highly recommend trying the steak cheese—it's absolument delicious!

Everything about subway was good as always except they had no cookies otherwise this would have been a 5 star visit.
