I walked into this store a couple of weeks ago and had a person making my sandwich amazing sandwich! Although the management is horrid. when I was sitting to eat my sandwich instead of them talking to the employee to help her out she was put down about why she didn’t know how to do something, instead of putting people that want a job down be happy you have them to work. There is always such a turnover and hires needed and I can see why instead of getting rid of a horrid manager they would rather lose a hundred employees. I most definitely will not return and I have told friends and family that casselman is not far and way better treated. I will never return to a place that allows this treatm...
I highly recommend avoiding curbside pickup at this location. They tend to forget about half of your order, and the items they do remember are often made incorrectly. The staff, who are quite young, seem indifferent and lack a welcoming attitude; they barely acknowledge your presence when you enter. This is by far the worst Subway I have ever visited. Additionally, the ceiling vent is filthy and located directly above the open vegetable area, which means anyone dining in likely ends up consuming some dust as well. It's truly appalling.

Was in this evening around 6:30pm. The service I received was amazing. All three employees were so polite, my sandwich was fresh and made just how I wanted. Great service and food! A refreshing change from visits to other locations. Thanks so much. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
They are always friendly the idle chatter is at a minimum but always needs improvement when comes to chatter topic.,but otherwise always friendly service.

Service can be slow at times, staff don't always seem confident or knowledgeable especially with new menu items. Food is always excellent.
