I asked why it was packaged this way rather than left open on an oven tray, and I was told that it's a "melt" and that's how Subway directs them to prepare it. Rather than ask for another remake, I took it home and finished cooking it in the air fryer. I paid $16 plus a 30% tip, only to feel like I had to teach the sandwich artist how to properly prepare my meal, and ended up doing most of the work myself.
I really hesitate to give this rating, and I hope this was just an isolated incident, but I've faced the same issue at least three times. Each time I place an online order and specifically ask for no cheese, the sandwich ends up arriving with cheese. Since I have a severe lactose intolerance, this has been extremely problematic for me. I've never had this much trouble with any other restaurant. I can only call to have it remade a limited number of times before it gets frustrating. On my last order, cheese was included again, and I didn't realize it until I had already eaten a quarter of the sub. Please, I urge you to follow the order requests.
I ordered four footlong sandwiches online. After picking them up from the store and bringing them home, we discovered that two of them were completely incorrect. We called the store, and they assured us they would note the issue in their office and that we could pick up replacements at our convenience. However, when we returned to the store, there was no record of our previous conversation. The staff claimed they couldn't assist us, but they would leave a message for the management to contact us about the replacement subs. It's been almost two months now, and we still haven't heard back. I feel disappointed and cheated by this experience.
There seems to be a lack of consistency at this store. My wheat bread was burnt, unlike the sandwich I had earlier this week. The sandwich was a complete mess, falling apart everywhere. Plus, they didn't even cut it! Who can manage to eat a foot-long sandwich without any help? I'm really sad and disappointed.

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but the front door is malfunctioning. It swung back unexpectedly and I ended up with a painful bruise (thankfully, just a bruise). I'm still young, so it's not a huge issue for me, but I'd advise others to be cautious when entering.
I had a wonderful experience at this Subway restaurant. The management was very engaged and ensured that everything operated seamlessly. The food appeared fresh, and the store was kept impeccably clean. I highly recommend it!
My Subway order can vary; on Mondays and Wednesdays, the sandwiches are consistently good, but on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the quality can fluctuate. So, it really depends on when you go if you'll get a decent sandwich.
I requested the vinaigrette on the side, but all three sandwiches were drenched in it. It was very messy, and I was just not satisfied with this order.
