Food tastes just like any other subway. But the twist in this one is that they're so cheap with everything. You ask for extra stuff, and they either don't give it to you, or they barely give you any. This is one of the locations that doesn’t take ANY coupons. Which sucks because on the subway app, there are a lot of good offers. I experienced extremely rude customer service during my visit. I was denied access to the bathroom, and the owner became upset when I requested an extra piece of paper to wrap my sandwich, as the original piece was quite small. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 1 out of 5.
I was helped by Nyna a warm, smiling, awesome human being. She made me feel welcomed, made conversation while tending to my sandwich and was patient while I made my decisions. I recommend anyone in the area who is craving Subway in Hewlett to stop by. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
