On November 24, 2023, I noticed a brief improvement in the service, though it still wasn't great. Given the limited dining options in the area, locals tend to appreciate what we have. However, my experience today changed my perspective. I arrived about 40 minutes before closing, only to see the staff rush behind the counter and turn off the lights before I even entered. We all know what that signifies. As a result, I opted to drive to Love Point Deli instead. You're not the only sandwich and cookie shop on the island, and I’d rather spend a little more and tip somewhere else for respectful service, supporting a true community favorite!
I had a coupon for a foot long so I tried one of their new subs. It consisted of chicken pieces, bacon, garlic aoli, plus your choice of fixings. I didn't care for the sandwich but I liked the garlic sauce. The workers did an excellent job of following my directions concerning the fixings and the place was clean. I couldn't really criticize the restaurant because I didn't like the sandwich, I had plenty of choices and just picked the wrong one for me. I usually have the black forest ham which I have always been happy with.
I went into Subway to buy some subs for all of my buddies for a day out on the boat. I was shocked to learn that they no longer have red hots. I basically had to turn around and walk out. I can’t have a sub without red hots. I am an old white guy and I can’t help but feel that some old white guy in Milwaukee decided they didn’t need red hots. All of us with or without culture need red hearts. Subway is dead to me until they bring them back.
My first time at this particular Subway shop. Lessons learned: Don't let a separate person ring you up vs who took the order/made the food; ALWAYS get a receipt; no extra for tips. Cashier automatically rang us up for a 2 MEALS (despite being told just sandwiches) vs just 2 foot-long sandwiches (Veggie Delight tuna sub) with 2 bags of chips totaling OVER $25. Fool us once...

I tried to order using the Subway app and when I put in the coupon 599footlog it came up telling me that something about not being able to use it. I called the Subway in Stevensville and the woman listen to what I had to say, told me to hold on then hung up the phone. I tried calling back several times but no one would pick up the phone. I took the app off my phone.
I've been there two separate times. The restaurant was closed early. The website and the sign on the door says 9pm. Both times I was told through the door sorry. I spoke to the manager the next morning. When I called she said there was a family emergency. Well this has happened on two separate days. Last night I stopped in tyey closed early. Poor customer service.
Always clean and delicious. A little disappointed that they are discontinuing the crushed red peppers.. but I understand that's not a local store thing but a national subway thing
We stopped by here in our way to vacation. It is nice market place. We really enjoyed subway here compare to city or metro subways. I recommend this if you in area for quick food

I am a Track Coach and needed to get 20+ subs for my team. They were polite and very helpful with very short notice. I don't often write reviews but I was very impressed!
Always delicious sandwiches prepared with care, and the staff are incredibly friendly!
