Only giving 2 stars because of the food otherwise this place has consistently not followed customer orders. If you have not got an item in stock don't just replace with another call customer and ask them. This being my 6th order, I've ordered cookies macadamia, raspberry and white chocolate, and plain choc chip . I even made sure to write in note section. Every time you call they do not answer. Over last 6 months called them regarding errors to our order at least 8 times left msg for manager to call and nothing If you don't have supply why add something I didn't want. You added double chocolate I never ask for that. We have someone with allergies so that's the reason we order the raspberry c...
I normally buy my subway from woodgrove, but I thought to try other store, I went to the store at 4pm the shop was busy with 1 employee the girl was very professional and had a smile on her face. She served 2 people before me. I only had to wait 1 minute to be served fantastic customer service). Now for my food: 1. Ordered chicken Snitz it was yummy 2. The roll was fresh and soft 3. The team member toasted my food to perfection 4. Will be back Well done, Subway Melton on High Street.
Ordered through uber eats. Missing items from meals, ingredients missing that were asked for, including the extras that were requested and charged for, including wrong breads for 3 of the 5 meals ordered. Completely dissatisfied. I've tried calling the store as soon as items missing were noticed, but the phone rang out to a message bank.
I found something unexpected in my Subway sandwich, and it surprisingly reminded me of my late husband. It brought back memories of him, as he passed away five years ago. What I don't get when you request carrot, olives and lettuce for your sub. But they don't give you double of it. If I ordered everything it's the same price. It's to stingy subway has changed alot over the years. F all ingredients for premium price. I'm not just talking about this store and talking about general.
Update on December 18, 2022: The staff at this location continues to meet high standards—friendly, efficient, and usually smiling. I still prefer this store over others. I believe the manager has excellent judgment, and it really shows in the service.
The restaurant offers a great selection of fresh salad options to accompany your choice of rolls or pita bread. There is also a variety of cold cuts, as well as both hot and cold chicken. It’s a healthy dining choice if you opt for it.
