I arrived at this location at 8:55pm while a customer was just walking out. Doors were locked, no one answered the phone, and even though I knocked on the door, they just pretended like they weren?t there, but I COULD SEE THEM THE ENTIRE TIME! I stood out there for 10 minutes hoping SOMEONE would acknowledge my existence and help me get my dinner. But I got NOTHING. Causing me to have to go out of my way to another location. I have never been so disappointed with any place in my life. If I could put ZERO stars, that?s what I would rate them! Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic! I will NEVER give this place my business EVER again!!
Trevor was incredible! He paid very close attention to our order and even went the extra mile to make sure the two toasted subs were kept warm by wrapping them in tin foil, and unraveling the banana peppers on my sandwich so I wouldn?t be eating bananapepper cores. Great customer service, amazingly helpful and (something that?s hard to come by nowadays) service with asmile!!!!! Great work young man!
new employee steven at 2145 wbl location. totally rock star. the microwaves are broken, the line formed when I came there, 2 pop boxes were out. you could say that this man ran. he was sweating. still smiled all the time and told me to have a fantastic day. he's amazing. make sure they keep this man happy. he keeps her customers happy. great job steven.
This restaurant is not a practical choice for a working individual looking for a quick lunch. They permitted construction workers to order 15 sandwiches in a single order, causing a lengthy wait of over 45 minutes even though I was third in line. We received our food promptly and it was delicious! The restaurant is well-maintained, including the bathrooms and tables. They provide complimentary water cups and we especially enjoyed the cookies.
Absolutely horrified that this day has come! I cannot believe I have lived to witness employees serving online customers before those who physically appear in-store for food.
friendly staff. I make 2 meals of a foot long. tomatoes were pale. the gurken are poor. wants to see the sown brot. healthy decisions.
