Went here this afternoon for lunch. We usually have a great meal at subway, but this one in particular was awful. We were there around 2pm. Staff washed their hands for literally 3 seconds, every single seat and table had food/crumbs all over it and the bread was very stale. (No, I didn’t get it toasted) It was stale to the point I poked it and it crumbled into itself. The place was so quiet, no excuse for lots of messiness or stale bread. We will not be going back there.
Do not order from this subway or any subway in the valley through skip the dishes. More times than not now I have not received items that I have ordered leaving me to go through the arduous process on skips website. Upon trying to make a call to make a complaint I was met with the answering machine every time. There is clearly a key issue where either employees arent seeing the entire order or they literally dont care about the product they serve.
Fantastic Subway! The footlongs are genuinely true to size, much larger than any others in the area. The bread is always fresh, the service is quick, and the staff communicates excellently in English. I really don’t understand the complaints. I’ve been dining here since it opened for years and have never encountered any problems with the food or service. It's a great Subway!
I usually enjoy this location, but during my last visit, the bread on my sub was stale and incredibly hard. We ordered takeout and live in North Ctown, so I didn’t want to drive all the way back to complain. I’m sure this was just a one-time issue. Normally, this place is great. The customer service here is outstanding! The ingredients were fresh and served at the perfect temperature. This has been the best Subway we've visited on the island!
In my opinion, this is the best subway restaurant in town. I really enjoy grabbing quick lunches here when I need something for work. The staff is always friendly!
