Subway - Tisch reservieren

TLDR: Manager doesn't wash hands or change gloves, touched food and then charged us more when asking for a refund while delivering the worst possible customer service in the world.Where to begin... yesterday my Fiance and I stopped at the local Subway to get a few sandwiches for lunch. While ordering food from the nice lady helping me make my sandwich, I was rudely interrupted by her Manager. This all began because I asked for a sandwich called the Melt (turkey, ham, bacon cheese, toasted) which must have been rebranded to the club This confused the nice girl helping make my sandwich so I just decided to tell her what I wanted.Seemed simple enough right? The manager had just tendered change...

a sandwich was made wrong. I asked for a corrected sandwich (which includes a 20-minute drive a way for me to pick up) or a refund. I was told that the location can't do anything. no manager in front of location to talk to. we will not revise.
