This subway has to be one of the worst experience I’ve had. Employees are rude, specially the lady working there. I asked a question to one of the guys working and she came out of the back room screaming at me that they didn’t have what I was asking for and gave me an attitude. (They no longer have the chicken strips and I didn’t know)Than she did the same thing to the people behind me.
To the management staff of this Subway..I don't normally come to this location because of the service I have received in the past, but today 9/17/22 Ms.Dawn and Aniya were phenomenal!! They were so friendly and made my sandwiches just the way I asked. I will return again because of them. Great customer Service is so important. Thank you ladies so much!!
We entered the restaurant and greeted the hardworking Mexican lady with a "good evening". When we asked if they were closing soon because she had already started cleaning up, she seemed to ignore us. I asked a bit louder this time and she responded by saying "Are you closed?" and continued with her work. My friends and I decided to leave at that point.
I'm not sure what was happening during my visit, but when we stood in line to place our order, we weren't acknowledged for nearly 12 minutes. There were no apologies or acknowledgments of our wait, as the staff seemed to be preoccupied with something else. However, once we were finally noticed, we were served quickly and efficiently. I try to intend to open door at 9:52pm and the restaurant was closed. Apparently they can’t read their own sign which states 10pm. I was rushing to get here from Dallas since there is not many of this restaurants around the area. Really disappointed about this. If you are going to closed 10 minutes before just put that on google.

This Subway location is my top choice. Jimmy is extremely friendly and thoughtful, unlike the rude staff at other Subway locations I have visited.

I Love Subway food is always fresh. I am disappointed that they onlyhave white ot wheat bread now.
